Our custom printed Triplicate NCR Books (3 Part) are the perfect solution for a quick and easy copy of your original document, providing the original page and 2 copies.

NCR Books are made in to books of 50 3 part sets, they are stapled and spine taped, all parts are perforated giving you the option to remove or store the sets in the book as required.

Size:
A4 (297mm x 210mm - Portrait or Landscape)
A5 (210mm x 148mm - Portrait or Landscape)
A6 (148mm x 105mm - Portrait or Landscape)
DL (210mm x 99mm - Portrait or Landscape)

Paper Colour Order:
White | Yellow | Pink (unless requested otherwise).

Paper Weight:
60gsm & 75gsm (see 'NCR Paper Weight' below).

Sides Printed:
Printed Face: Front of all the sheets, all parts alike.
Printed Face & Reverse: Front of all the sheets & back of all the sheets (i.e. for T&Cs), all parts alike.

Ink Colour:
Digital Print: Printed in 1 colour black ink or full colour.
Litho Print: Printed in 1 colour black ink (single spot colour available if specified in the PDF) or full colour

Sets:
50 x 3 Part Sets per Book.

Bound Edge:
Stapled, Spine Taped & all parts Perforated at the top as standard, short edge for DL (unless requested otherwise).

Finishing:
Grey Board Back, Fixed Front Cover & Loose Writing Shield.

Optional Extras:
Sequential Numbering, Front Cover (printed), Attached Wrap Around Writing Shield (plain or printed), Drilled Holes (2 or 4).

PLEASE NOTE:
Requests for a different paper colour/order or binding on a different edge to above can be specified in the 'Add Notes To Your Order' section when checking out. Optional Extras can be selected during the order process.

Artwork Size:
A4 (297mm x 210mm - Portrait or Landscape)
A5 (210mm x 148mm - Portrait or Landscape)

DL (210mm x 99mm - Portrait or Landscape)

Margin:
We require a 20mm margin on the edge being bound, this is space required for staples, spine tape and perforation. We recommend a 10mm margin on all other edges, this must be within the page size ordered. 10mm margin not applicable if your design bleeds (see below).

Bleed:
If your design bleeds from the edges of the page then we will require 3mm of bleed on all edges (e.g. A4 with bleed would be 303mm x 216mm).

Resolution:
Minimum of 300dpi

Sequential Numbering:
When designing artwork that requires sequential numbering, please use font Arial 18pt as a guide for the amount of room that is required for this. When uploading artwork for your order, please supply 2 PDF files; a visual showing the numbering position for reference and a second print ready PDF file with the numbering removed.

Drilled Holes:
Please allow a 20mm margin within your page size for drilled holes.

File Format:
Although we can print from artwork designed in Microsoft Word and Excel (or similar), please always export to a Print Ready PDF.

Turnaround Times:
Your order, payment and print ready artwork must be received by 4:00pm to receive your order on the estimated delivery date shown. Orders placed after this strict cut-off time will be processed the next working day.

Artwork supplied that is not print ready may delay your chosen turnaround.

Selecting our Design Service will delay your chosen turnaround.

Please Note:
Delivery dates are estimated and cannot be 100% guaranteed. Extenuating circumstances such as adverse weather, road traffic and technical difficulties can cause delays.

NCR Paper Weight
Prices shown on our website are based on the most cost effective method of production; we print on both 60gsm (reel) and 75gsm (sheet) NCR paper as standard. The stock we use will depend on the quantity ordered and will vary per product and possibly per order. For example, if you initially order 20 books then have a subsequent re-print of 60 books, the paper weight used will differ due to the change in production method required for the increase in volume.

If a specific paper weight is required then please check with us prior to placing your order. We can print on other weights of NCR paper but these would not be included in the prices shown online and would have to be quoted separately.
